Correcting your order
Please check your order. To amend, click on the pencil icon. When all data is correct, please use the "to the checkout..." button to reach the 5-step order form. There you can enter your invoice and delivery address and choose the type of payment before finally submitting your order.

Rigth of return
You as a consumer have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For details please see Terms and Conditions or Shipping and Returns.

Right of Return
According to German law you are allowed to return your goods within 14 days of receipt at our cost and risk, when ordering privately and not commercially (e.g. as a wholesaler). Goods must be posted to us ithin this time limit.
In each case, the goods can be returned at our cost and risk. Whenever possible, please send the package by registered post to ensure that it arrives safely and undamaged.

Consequences of return
In the event of an effective return any benefits received or achieved by use of the goods are to be returned by both sides. Compensation can be demanded if there is any deterioration of the goods, though this does not apply if the deterioration can be directly attributed to their examination which would possibly have been made in the shop. You can avoid any liability for compensation by not utilising the goods as if they are your property and refraining from doing anything that affects their value.
