Right of Return According to German law you are allowed to return your goods within 14 days of receipt at our cost and risk, when ordering privately and not commercially (e.g. as a wholesaler). We would however very much appreciate if the return package is being sent by registered post to ensure that it arrives safely and undamaged. Contract Terms By clicking the "final submission of this order" button, the order of goods placed in your shopping basket becomes binding. Our confirmation of the reciept of your order follows immediately after you have submitted your order. The contract comes into effect at the time we ship the delivery. Should you have not received an order confirmation or your goods from us after 2 weeks, the order is no longer binding on your part. If you have not received a delivery confirmation or delivery within 2 weeks, you are no longer bound to your order. Should a product not be available due to circumstances beyond our control or lack of availability, we reserve the right to cancel the part of the contract regarding this product. Please note that the goods displayed in our online shop are not shown as a legally binding offer but as a non-binding online catalogue. Our contract terms are available in German, English and French. Guarantee Dita Health gives 2 year guarantee on all articles. Any additional guarantee issued by the manufacturer remains unaffected by this. Each device comes with the manufacturer's guarantee card. Data Protection Your data will only be used by us to complete your order and to help structure our quotation. All customer data will be stored and used according to the Federal (BDSG) and Teleservices (TDDSG) data protection regulations of Germany. |
Consequences of return In the event of an effective return any benefits received or achieved by use of the goods are to be returned by both sides. Compensation can be demanded if there is any deterioration of the goods, though this does not apply if the deterioration can be directly attributed to their examination which would possibly have been made in the shop. You can avoid any liability for compensation by not utilising the goods as if they are your property and refraining from doing anything that affects their value. Price and Shipping Costs We only charge in Euro and the prices are those stated at the time of ordering in Euro. These prices are repeated on the order confirmation. All prices include VAT (Sales Tax). Shipping costs are extra. For countries outside the EU, the VAT (Sales Tax) will be deducted at the checkout. Any possible import duties are to be paid on delivery. Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping. For first time orders we deliver only on receipt of the due amount or against cash on delivery: select the option "Prepayment via Bank Transfer". Dita Health will ship your order as soon as your payment has reached our account. If you choose "cash on delivery", we will send your order immediately. For cash on delivery payments within Germany, Dita Health charges 3.60 Euro. An additional handover charge of 2.00 Euro has to be paid to the deliverer on delivery. Dita Health delivers to regular customers in Germany on invoice: Select the option "Transfer". Payment of the net invoice amount is due upon receipt of the invoice. Should payment not be received and reminders have to be sent out by our debit collecting agency, these will be charged to the customer. Delivery The standard procedure is that we hand your order over to our shippers within 1-2 days of receipt. The goods are packed in neutral packaging. Delivery to first time customers is only against payment in advance, Credit Card or cash on delivery. We will inform you immediately by email, if there should be a delivery delay.
